CoSentry understands that not all IT equipment (as well as the supporting infrastructure) is fault tolerant, and without technical support it will eventfully lose functionality.  CoSentry has Smart Hands and Remote Hands offerings that can be purchased in discounted blocks of time.  Pre-purchased blocks of Remote and Smart Hands have scheduling priority.   Many Clients find this service particularly valuable in eliminating travel time especially if they have geographically diverse data equipment.

Help Desk Overflow and After Hours

Work Group Recovery
CoSentry has 1,500 fully equipped work group recovery seats in three  geographically diverse   sites available for immediate use.   These seats include full call center functionality, IP phones and PC’s.  We have a staff of engineers available to assist in ensuring that our Clients can be up and running within hours.  If needed, we can provide call center staff -an important recovery element if geographic diversity is involved in the Work Group Recovery offering you have selected from CoSentry.
