Brad Hokamp, Chief Executive Officer
Brad is Cosentry’s CEO and member of the company’s Board of Directors. He joined Cosentry after spending 27 years in senior and executive level roles in the data center, managed hosting, cloud, and data communications markets. He was most recently the President of Layered Tech, a Dallas-based managed hosting and cloud solutions provider. Prior to that, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Telx, a nationwide provider of interconnection and data center services. Brad also worked at SAVVIS from 2000-2010, in multiple sales and marketing senior leadership roles, including his last role as Senior Vice President of the Hosting Business Unit. In the ‘90’s, Brad worked at Sprint in sales and marketing leadership roles, focused on the data communications side of the business. Brad holds a BA degree in Economics with a Minor in Business from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN.
Mike Polcyn, Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mike is responsible for all financial aspects of Cosentry’s business and also serves as Cosentry’s Secretary and Treasurer. Prior to joining Cosentry in 2012, Mike had been the CFO of several successful leveraged private equity portfolio companies and public companies, including York Label, WorkflowOne, DST Output and Moore Corporation. He has successfully closed and integrated many highly accretive acquisitions, implemented new and refinanced credit facilities, led dividend recapitalizations and successful sale processes. Mike is a CPA with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
Derek Gillespie, Chief Sales Officer
Derek Gillespie is responsible for the leadership and direction of Cosentry's sales strategy.Prior to joining Cosentry, Derek served as the Vice President of Sales for SAVVIS, a global leader providing managed hosting, utility computing and network services. Derek has over 16 years of experience in a variety of technology-based sales management positions. Prior to joining SAVVIS he served as a Sales Director at AT&T, STG and CAIS Internet. Derek attended the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland completing his course of study for a Bachelors of Science degree in History. He is also a serving Board Member at the Henry Viscardi School in Long Island, NY.
Kevin Dohrmann, Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder
Kevin is responsible for the overall technology direction at Cosentry and works both internally and in a client facing role to determine the best strategic direction for the company. Kevin is focused on strategies to implement and grow Cosentry’s cloud and IaaS offers. Kevin has served in several operational roles in the history of Cosentry including VP of Operations and has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry including resilient data centers, support and managed services, international technology support, operations management, Internet telephony and the World Wide Web. Prior to cofounding Cosentry he helped create an Internet telephony company that provided Web-based telephone services to large U.S. and European carriers. Kevin Dohrmann has also worked extensively as a systems and support engineer since his entry in the technology business in 1985. Kevin has published many articles on technology networking topics and is a frequent speaker on technology trends and the impact technology has on business and was granted a patent (6,192,123) used in telephony and database technology in 1998. Kevin graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981.
Ken Lindsay, Vice President of Client Services
Ken Lindsay is responsible for the full service delivery and infrastructure operations, creating a total client experience. His responsibilities include customer implementations, compliance and security, client services and account management, and core infrastructure engineering and operations. Ken has over 22 years of industry and operational management experience, which includes a proven track record of positive organizational transformation. Prior to Cosentry, Ken spent 10 years at SAVVIS Communications where he held various Operational Leadership positions. Most recently he ran the Global Operations Center where he supported all Managed Service capabilities across different verticals including Financial, SAAS, Enterprise and SMB. Before taking on the Global Operations Center duties, Ken ran Operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa building SAVVIS’ Managed Service capabilities and implementing ITIL best practices. Prior to his tenure with SAVVIS, he spent time with Bridge Information Systems and Reuters, within Global Services, supporting real-time trading applications for 365,000 end users in 65 countries. Ken holds a Bachelor’s degree Business Administration with minors in both Finance and Commercial Real Estate, from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO
Craig Hurley, Vice President of Product Management
Craig is responsible for the entire life cycle of Cosentry's data center, hosting, cloud and managed services portfolio. Prior to joining Cosentry, he served as the Director of Product Management for NTT Communications, a global IT infrastructure services provider. During his ten year career at NTT, Craig managed the entire U.S. data center services portfolio, most recently developing NTT's Enterprise Cloud and its Recovery as a Service portfolio of products. Craig has over 15 years of product management and IT experience including positions at Verio, Ameritech Cellular and AT&T. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Craig received his BA in Political Science from Indiana University and his MBA from DePaul University.
Jason Black, Vice President of Data Center Services
Jason Black is responsible for managing all aspects of Cosentry’s network of data centers, including operations, design and capabilities, new build-outs, and data center consulting services. Before joining Cosentry, Jason spent 17 years with MSI Systems Integrators which was acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions in 2011. During his tenure at Sirius Computer Solutions and MSI System Integrators, Jason held various roles including Director of Data Center Optimization, Director of Data Center Solutions and Manager/Founder of the IT Consulting business. He was instrumental in developing the Cisco, ITIL, APC, Panduit and Liebert data center business relationships. Jason was also responsible for the development and delivery of converged infrastructure, data center consolidation, data center design-build and migration solutions for companies across every major industry vertical. Jason received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kathy Amro, Vice President of Marketing
Kathy is responsible for all marketing and communications leadership and strategy at Cosentry. Her responsibilities include branding, public relations, field marketing, and digital presence. Kathy brings more than 25 years of marketing and branding experience to Cosentry, primarily in senior level positions in the technology sector. She is a seasoned strategic marketing executive, with a strong track record of leading teams that drive ROI and business results. Most recently, she served as Vice President of North America Marketing for Avanade, an Accenture/Microsoft consultancy, focused on Microsoft technology and managed services solutions. Previously, she held executive leadership positions at CIMCO Communications and Verio, a subsidiary of NTT communications. Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
